Take part in the inaugural Irish Cream Competition!

Participants must sign up at the distillery to receive 200ml of Wallace's Malt Whiskey. This should be the key ingredient. 12oz entries are due March 17th (St. Patti's Day). We need 12 ounces to try straight, in coffee and to share with guests. We'll have Irish dancing, bagpipes and Smoked Corned Beef Sandwiches.We'll have Irish dancing, bagpipes and Smoked Corned Beef Sandwiches. Winners will get a bottle of Wallace's Malt Whiskey and have their recipe featured in our Irish Coffee's!
