Whether you are just starting out with your first smoker or ready to start competing in contests, this class will cover all the bases. Led by Champion Pit Master, Jason Ganahl, you will learn how to pick the right brisket, trim, season, & cook to get it perfect every time. He will also teach the proper rest procedure and how to slice.

You're going to learn tips, tricks, and how to master a brisket all while enjoying local bourbon tastings and drinks. We will do a Q&A and eat at the end to ensure all your questions are answered and your bellies are full.
