Join us for a fun-filled, educational experience with our resident mixologist to learn how to properly craft three unique cocktails. The class will offer an insider's view of how a professional bartender executes a cocktail recipe and will detail the whys behind drink preparation and presentation. All equipment and alcohol will be provided. The June 30 class will focus on classic summer cocktails that can be made with fresh herbs from your garden. We will learn how to make modern versions of "Bee's Knees", "Mint Julep" and a "Pimm's Cup". Guests will be greeted with a cocktail and can enjoy a few light hors-d'oeuvres. Also included will be a short tour of the distillery to get a behind the scenes look at how we produce the spirits used in the cocktails. Guests will also enjoy 10% off of all bottles to go.
