Dune Valley Distillery and Valley Roots Food Hub Present a 5 Course Meal with Chef Steven Rodriguez. Chef Rodriquez guides us on a local food journey into the tastes, colors, textures, and stories of local food like you have never experienced. Each ingredient will be source identified and highlighted in the cuisine, elevating your experience to something uniquely authentic yet grounded and humble. Live music will accent the setting in an old gymnasium turned into state-of-the-art distillery and venue. The recently re-launched Colorado winery license number one of Carbone Wine will be onsite, as will Dune Valley Distillery cocktails. Coffee and tea included, wine and cocktails are separate.
