Guests can enjoy a custom menu created by Executive Chef Angel Munoz, including a Stranahan’s Maple Old Fashioned Welcome Cocktail, Fig & Burrata Salad paired with Stranahan’s Sherry Cask, a Braised Lamb Shank paired with Stranahan’s Diamond Peak, and a Bread Pudding paired with a Stranahan’s Rocky Mountain Spiked Coffee.
