For our April Whiskey Club event we are going to be joined by Talnua Distillery in Denver. Talnua is the FIRST Single Pot Still Whiskey outside of Ireland. Single Pot Still Whiskey is nearly an extinct style of whiskey and the owners wanted to bring this style of whiskey to America. Using our nation's terroir, they are creating Single Pot Still Whiskey here in Colorado while honoring Gaelic distilling traditions. Meagan and Kristi will share Talnua's history and how they are distilling, aging, and finishing their various whiskey expressions while you get to taste through each of their whiskeys. A special whiskey club cocktail using one of Talnua's whiskeys will be available that you can order and sip during the event. As always, we'll have snack-size charcuterie that you can enjoy during the event.
