A ticket to the table includes four whiskey pairings, hand-selected by our in-house whiskey expert.
Each selection is then masterfully paired with a personalized four course dinner menu created by our Executive Chef Ashley Robertson.

Roasted root vegetables, endive, crème fraiche with an 8yr bourbon maple vinaigrette
Second Course: Paired with George Dickel Rye Whiskey
Signature whiskey mussels and grilled rosemary salt sourdough bread

Rye whiskey brined bison ribeye, gouda mashed potatoes and brown butter brussels
