On August 25th, at our distillery in Boulder, Colorado, we’ll be unveiling our latest American single malt whiskey: The 10 Essentials.
There were 3 core finishing casks used to make this: Tawny Port, Armagnac, and PX Sherry. We added two casks of straight single malt (exclusively American oak) to balance it out, and spent nearly two months slow proofing with our famed Eldorado Springs water.
Marzipan, clover honey, allspice, currant, faint apricot, and a long lingering spice that tickles the tip of the tongue.
This is American Single Malt Whiskey.
