Designed to celebrate our vibrant culinary scene, this four-course dinner will feature a welcome cocktail from Poka Lola Social Club and a thoughtfully prepared menu by BRUTØ, For[a]ged, Kachina Cantina, and Denver Milk Market. The dinner will include top Dairy Block Chefs such as Chef Michael Diaz de Leon of BRUTØand Chef Cesar Tamariz of Kachina Cantina. For attendees looking to add to the experience, we will have three special beverage pairings available for purchase from Blanchard Family Wines, Westbound + Down, and Deviation Distilling. The cutoff for beverage pairings is Sep 12.
