Join Stranahan’s and the Pit Masters of AJ’s Pit Bar-B-Q for a culinary adventure of whiskey libations and smoked meat-forward bites.

Gather in the presence of our grand copper stills and whiskey barrels for this intimate dinner; hosted by award-winning masters of whiskey and BBQ. The evening will feature whiskey cocktails and premium Stranahan’s whiskey drams and cocktails carefully paired with Texas Style BBQ plates courtesy of AJ’s Pit Bar B Q.

Owned by Restauranteur and Pit Master Jared Leonard and operated by Pit Master Pat Klaiber, AJ’s make their own craft sausages and are consistently awarded one of the top BBQ joints in Denver for their smoked meats like tri-tip, brisket & pork. With over 15 years of professional and competitive BBQ, along with teaching the craft of BBQ to thousands; Stranahan’s is thrilled to feature AJ’s as part of their Dinner Under the Stills series.

Live bluegrass courtesy of Foggy Mountain Spaceship will accompany the evening’s courses with intermittent presentations of the libations and plates by Stranahan’s and AJ’s. Limited seats are on-sale now for $145 per guest.
